Lindie Gerber is an award-winning Executive Creative Director, brand architect, and design leader recognized for building billion-dollar brands at the intersection of creativity, technology, and strategy.

Over the past two decades, she has directed and redefined global brands across Africa, North America, East Asia, and EMEA—leading start-ups, enterprises, and creative agencies through transformative growth.

As Executive Creative Director at Movable Ink, Lindie spent nine years shaping one of the technology industry’s most celebrated brand success stories. She joined with a mandate to build a lean, high-impact team—and in doing so, operationalized design, scaled creative systems globally, and transformed every employee into a brand ambassador. Under her leadership, the Movable Ink brand became a key growth engine, influencing millions in pipeline and revenue, and ultimately serving as a major contributor to the company’s billion-dollar acquisition in 2025.

Her work not only defined Movable Ink’s brand identity, but its culture. From pioneering the company’s visual and verbal language, to introducing AI and automation into creative workflows, to enabling the organization through thousands of templates and scalable tools, Lindie and her team built a brand rooted in creativity, inclusivity, and innovation.

Beyond her role as a brand leader, Lindie is a mentor and advocate for creative empowerment. She champions diversity and inclusion across every function of the organization—embedding empathy, curiosity, and grit into the fabric of the brand itself.

A Top 50 Women Leaders of Toronto Awardee, Lindie has also been recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Alumni of her alma mater and serves as a judge for the World Brand Design Society.
